In addition to many other registries, Telnic - the registry for .TEL domains - launches Internationalized Domain Names also called IDNs.

From Tuesday, June 15, 2010 03:00 pm UTC you can register IDN Domains on a first come, first served basis.

IDN Domains can be created with the letter of the Chinese, Danish, Finnish, German, Hungarian, Icelandic, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Swedish language.
