.CO.NO now available

As of now you can register .CO.NO domains for only EUR 29.90 (net: 25.13) per year.

After the prevented start of the introduction of .CO.NO due to legal differences with the registry of Norway NORID, the free registration of the new TLD finally has been launched on July 04, 2012.
On June 28, 2012 the District Court in Trondheim decided that the .CO.NO initiative completely complies with the registration policy of .NO and therefore cannot be revoked by NORID. The norwegian Sub-TLD is not an official TLD of the .NO registry (NORID) but offered by the companies CoDNS B.V. and Elineweb AS.

While a local contact is required for .NO, a .CO.NO domain is available for everybody regardless of place of residence and can be registered without restrictions by private persons as well as organizations.
