Bells are ringing in the streets, the smell of roasted almonds is in the
air and the sweet home is illuminated in bright light.


This is the time to remember the past and future, memories and
expectations of existing and new, but also to plan next steps.


A successful and eventful year 2011 is now drawing to a close. We would
like to say thank you for your loyalty and the trust you have shown to
us in the past year.


During the holidays we will allow ourselves a bit of silence, too, to be
back for you with all our strenght next year. Therefore there will be no
support on December 26, 2011.


From Tuesday, December 27, 2011 you will reach the support as usual from Monday to
Thursday between 09:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. CET and on Friday between
09:00 a.m. and 04:00 p.m. CET.
