Hello, we're INWX and we're looking for you to join our Customer Success Team in Key Accounting and Sales.
You have a strong interest in technology and internet topics, but no experience yet in domains or hosting? No problem – we'll teach you everything important for your tasks!
You already know exactly what it's about? Even better: Don't wait long and apply directly!
Starting September 1, 2026, we're once again hiring an apprentice for the role of IT Systems Manager (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für IT-Systemmanagement).
As an IT Systems Manager at INWX, you'll take care of important customers, support our Customer Success Team, and work, among other things, on managing our pricing. Sounds exciting? It is!
With nearly 40 colleagues, we're a colourful and effective team. Having fun at work is just as important to us as treating each other respectfully.
And we're looking for you as the missing puzzle piece to continue our journey of constant improvement together. Succeeding together.
Who we are: INWX is one of the established European providers for domains, DNS, and hosting infrastructure. We make sure that websites, online shops, and digital services are reliably accessible on the internet. For 20 years, we've been a globally operating company that now registers and manages over 500,000 domains for customers from more than 150 countries. We strive for sustainable growth and rely on the skills and ideas of every individual. That's why we're looking for someone who also fits in with us as a person and identifies with our values and goals.

Who is this apprenticeship suitable for?
For anyone…
- Who enjoys communicating and can empathetically respond to our customers and their needs
- Who isn't intimidated by Excel and numbers
- Who can confidently handle multiple tasks at once
- Who has a quick grasp and can apply what they've learned directly in practice
- Who has an interest in technical and automated processes and workflows
- Of any age! We especially welcome applicants aged 25+ who have already gained some professional experience and know which direction they want to take their career.
What do we expect from you?
During your apprenticeship at INWX, we expect you to have no fear of communicating with customers – whether by phone or email. You can put yourself in others' shoes and communicate clearly and kindly.
You document what you've learned independently and use existing documentation to quickly find information when needed. Of course, you'll be supported by your trainer, but we still expect initiative and proactive work.
You work in a structured, creative, and solution-oriented way. You write texts confidently and clearly and have a solid command of German grammar in both spoken and written form. AI tools can be helpful, but you're also able to formulate content on your own.
You also enjoy working with numbers and critically question results to make sure everything is correct: is 1 + 2 really 4? :)
