New features for the customer area

One year ago we published our new web interface which offers you many features and is at the same time easy to use. The positive response from our customers has shown that we have gone in the right direction.


Before we will shut down the old system on February 01, 2012 we have worked intensively on the system while keeping your personal demands in mind. Beside small bug fixes and performance improvements we have developed several new features that will simplify the usability even more and will offer new possibilities:




+++ Interactive Domain List +++



You can now make direct changes with a few clicks in the Domain List without having to select a domain. Just click the text in the Domain List to edit the contents immediately. Thus you can change namesevers, modify renewal options or remove the transfer lock rapidly.





+++ Full screen +++


So far the content in the Domain List was limited representable since it was working with a fixed width. Now the Domain List is using the full screen and you can see much more information without scrolling.





+++ Tagging of domain names +++



Add specific key words to your domains (tags). Based on these you can assign domains to specific groups or topics and display it in the Domain List. If you have several projects in your company you can assign for example a project-related key-word to the domain names. Thus you can see the domains of a certain project only.





+++ Account statement and receipt as PDF +++


For better handling, you can easily download your monthly statement as PDF. This includes all payments and invoices for each month.



Additionally for all payments you can also generate a receipt as PDF.





+++ Easy display of the Service PIN +++


To simplify your verification during the telephone support and e-mail correspondence the Service PIN can now be found in the header area of the page. When logged in the Service PIN is diplayed when you click on the key icon.




+++ Premature domain renewals possible +++


So far premature domain renewals have only been possible if they were supported by the registry. All other domains, that were not supported yet by the registry, can now be renewed manually at least four weeks in advance. Of course, the automatic domain renewal will still be done if you have sufficient credits.
